I was born and raised in the greater Phoenix area of Arizona. I grew up in a multicultural environment. My father is of Spanish, German and Lithuanian heritage while my mother is from Myanmar. I attended Montessori International School, high school and college in Arizona. Dancing was a big part of my life starting at the age of 4 with ballet. In high school I was Miss Arizona Junior National Teenager, attended Girls State and Girls Nation. After graduating high school I went abroad for the summer with the People to People Student Ambassador Program. I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Sociology from Arizona State University and started competing in Ballroom and Latin dancing. Since college I got involved with acting in theater productions such as Guys & Dolls, South Pacific, King & I, and Evita. I also have done film, television and commercial work. My love of acting has combined with my love for cooking to create my cookbook and web episodes.
